Cape property Town

An interesting play on words for Cape Town property, but it has actually become the property town of South Africa. The property market in Cape Town is currently in fluctuation, having seen exceptional growth over the past 5 years. Prices are settling down and buyers are looking for interesting new avenues (litteraly) for finding good investments. Good real estate deals are still available in Cape Town for the serious investor. Woodstock, a suburb in close proximity to the city (adjacent in fact) center is seeing new investment, where it was before riddled with gangs and crime. The problem is far from over, yet there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel and investors are capitalising on this. Woodstock and Cape Town city center property is the current thing, as far as I can gather through radio and newspaper articles.

Atlantic Beach Golf Club

Atlantic Beach Golf Course is an 18-hole links golf course, located about 25 minutes from Cape Town along the Table Bay curve, near Melkbos. It’s quite a challenging course in that you often have to contend with a fresh ocean breeze and the natural fynbos (indigenous vegetation), which they went out of their way to preserve. The golf course is beautifully maintained and is part of a larger golfing estate, with exclusive luxury upmarket estate property.

They have recently completed a 20 room luxury lodge for guests wanting to make the most of their visit.
